Class Name: HS/MS Scheduling Part 1: Courses,Sections,Groups,Student Requests
Class Description:

This is the first of a two-part series.  This class reviews setting up courses, course sections and course groups as well as entering student course requests either by hand into the system or by utilizing the Public Course Request module.

Please print out and bring with you the day of training:

1.  The attached SI Scheduling Checklist
2.  The StudentInformation, Help, Procedural Checklists, Student;
     a.  Course Setup - Course Group Setup
     b.  Course Request
     c.  Public Course Requests

This session is applicable to both the StudentInformation Batch Scheduler as well as the aSc Timetables builder.

If you plan on using the Public Course Request Module, we will take a one-hour break starting at noon and resume at 1:00 pm.  We will wrap up by 3:00 pm.
